Contact Information and Hours

The University of Namur will be closed on July 20 and 21, 2026.

Reception Hours 

Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Please note: The reception desk will be closed for summer break from July 20 to 31, 2026.

Phone Hours 

You can reach us at 081/72.40.17 Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Financial Eligibility Office Hours

The financial eligibility help desk is available on Wednesdays from 12:45 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Enrollment Help Desk (August 4 – October 15, 2026)

An online registration help desk will be available on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. starting August 3, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. starting August 18 through mid-October.
