Any request submitted via a form before the June grading period and after September 30 will not be processed. 

For all students

You must meet the admission requirements for the new program. Admission requirements may vary from one program to another. 

Only students enrolled in Block 1 (first 60 bachelor’s credits)

• If you are a student duly enrolled at the University of Namur and wish to change your program of study at the University of Namur, go to the registration platform and select a new program.
• If you are a student currently enrolled at the University of Namur and wish to change your program and/or institution, please contact the institution of your choice.
• If you are a student currently enrolled at another institution in the French Community of Belgium and wish to enroll at the University of Namur, go to the registration platform and submit an application for admission.

Tuition: If you transfer from one institution of higher education to another in October, the €50 deposit must be paid to the first institution where you enrolled, and the remainder of the tuition must be paid to the second institution.

Important Notes

• Requests to change programs are accepted between November 1 and 30, and between January 27 and February 15.
• You must meet the program’s admission requirements. 
• If you change your major after the first evaluation session, you may request a reduced course load (“success support”) as part of your annual program (PAE). The admissions committee may also decide to reduce your course load if it deems it necessary and may require you to accept this reduction as a condition of admission. 

Tuition: If a student transfers from one institution of higher education to another, the full amount of tuition must be paid to the first institution.
