Students may face challenges such as:
- sensory impairment,
- mobility impairment,
- disabling, chronic, or long-term illness,
- mental health conditions,
- cognitive impairments: specific learning disabilities (dyslexia, dysorthographia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia), attention deficit disorder, autism spectrum disorder.
A complete application consists of two parts: the online form to be completed (Part A) and all supporting documents (Part B), which can be attached to the online form as a single PDF. They may also be sent by email.
To learn about the complete procedure and the supporting documents required for each specific condition, please first consult the "Application or Renewal Procedure" page below.
It is no longer possible to submit an application for the 2025-2026 academic year.
