To help you test your knowledge of the various subjects and get a feel for the actual exam, UNamur invites you to participate in mock exams on Saturday, May 22, 2027, and/or Friday, July 9, 2027.

This test has been designed by faculty members who are thoroughly familiar with the types of questions asked in the actual exam. However, this does not mean that this mock exam will be an exact replica of the 2027 exam!

This mock exam will allow you to: 

  • to experience the exam under conditions similar to those in Brussels in August 2027;
  • to assess your progress in preparation with just a few months or weeks to go before the exam. 

This mock exam goes beyond simply administering the test. Through a group review session with the instructors, you’ll be able to identify your mistakes and see your success rate on each question.

Saturday, May 22, 2027, and Friday, July 9, 2027 (advance registration required—see conditions below)

⏰Schedule

  • 8:30 a.m.: Check-in
  • 9:30 a.m.: Start of the race
  • 10:00 a.m.: Doors close*
  • 12:30 p.m.: End of the exam
  • 1:30 p.m.: Review session

*No one will be admitted to the auditorium after 10:00 a.m.

Exam Guidelines

  • The exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions: 8 questions for each science subject (Part 1: Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics) and 8 questions for the subjects in Part 2 (Communication and Critical Analysis of Information).
  • Multiple-choice system with negative scoring:
    • ✅ Correct answer: +1
    • ❌ Incorrect answer: -1/3
    • ❌ Multiple answers: -1/3
    • ❔ No answer: 0

Correction

The grading session will take place in the lecture hall.

Each teacher will have 30 minutes to grade the exam for their subject. Depending on the situation, they will explain possible strategies for finding the correct answer and the pitfalls to avoid.

Reporting of Results

The results will be announced on May 26 and July 9, respectively, in the late afternoon.

Participation in simulations

These simulations are open to everyone, regardless of whether they are registered for a session.
The registration fee for each simulation is 10€.

Registration will be open: 

  • May 3 through May 18 for the May 22 simulation
  • June 1 through July 6 for the July 9 simulation
