The Vice-Rector for International Relations and Cooperation is a permanent guest at the university's Board of Directors and General Assembly.
Its functions
As a member of the Rector's Council, the Vice-Rector for International Relations
- Works collegially with the other members of the Rector's Council to establish the strategic priority lines deriving from the strategic plan and to translate them into operational objectives.
- Takes care to provide the Rector's Council and the Board of Directors with the information that falls within the scope of his duties and is required by them.
In addition,
- He sets the guidelines and fundamental objectives for the internationalization of UNamur and the mobility of students and researchers.
- In coordination with the ARES-CCD university manager, he sets the guidelines and fundamental objectives for research projects and other ARES-CCD funding.
- He chairs and participates in meetings of the interfaculty ERASMUS Commission (COERIN).
