  • Eureka: Revitalizing heritage sciences is the goal of the PHOENIX project. Using cutting-edge techniques and artificial intelligence, a transdisciplinary team of experts in history, archaeology, and physics has set out to renew our understanding of heritage objects to uncover their origins, production methods, and uses. 
  • Impact: Protecting aquatic environments and raising awareness of the dangers of pollution through the ORION project. 
  • Guest: Pierre Crevits is the new Chair of the UNamur Board of Directors. A conversation with this well-known figure in the Namur community, a former UNamur student, and a key player in the Belgian financial world.
  • Tomorrow Learn: In November 2025, during Rule of Law Week, students from UNamur’s Faculty of Law met with 10th and 11th-grade students. Their goal: to discuss the core principles of the rule of law and democracy in an era of AI and the rise of authoritarian tendencies.
  • Far away: The Erasmus mobility program, funded by the European Union, isn’t just for students. It’s open to all university staff—faculty, administrative, technical, and management personnel—whether to share their knowledge or access training.   • The Day When: Ten Years of the Vulnerabilities and Societies Center. Established about ten years ago within the UNamur Faculty of Law, this center has established itself as a space for research and reflection dedicated to contemporary situations of vulnerability.
  • Alumni: Why Choose to Teach Today? Mélanie Motte, Geoffrey Dawirs, and Manon Menschaert completed their certification in upper secondary education at UNamur. They share their journeys, the motivations that led them to transition into teaching, and the challenges of this essential profession in shaping the citizens of tomorrow.
