Moretus Plantin University Library (BUMP)

Blocus Du 20 avril au 18 juin 2026, le Pop-up BUMP élargira ses heures d’ouverture et sera accessible de 7h30 à 21h du lundi au vendredi. Le Pop-up BUMP Grafé conserve son horaire classique (du lundi au vendredi de 8h à 17h).Le Pop-up BUMP et le Pop-up BUMP Grafé seront fermés à certaines dates durant cette période : le 30 avril et le 1er mai, les 14 et 15 mai et le lundi 25 mai. Durant les travaux de la BUMP, l’Université de Namur met à disposition une offre élargie de locaux.  Plus d'infos sur la page BLOCUS BUMP is under construction! Notre-Dame de la Paix Chair

The Notre-Dame de la Paix Chair is a cross-disciplinary institutional initiative rooted in UNamur’s Jesuit origins and values. The Chair serves as a platform for reflection, exchange, and collaborative work on a variety of societal and spiritual issues, such as the commons and the common good, the connections between religions and societies, the contribution of religious studies to understanding today’s world, and the spiritual dimension of academic activity.

Research

Research in the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters is highly diversified. It aims to take a fresh look at the cultural productions of yesterday and today. Scientific projects on a national and international scale make it one of the main pillars of the Faculty's influence in Belgium and abroad. With a view to maintaining contact with the teaching provided in the various sections of the faculty, research was initially developed at departmental level, before being structured around research institutes and research centers attached to them.

The Solidarithèque

The food products made available are collected and delivered by ASEB. They come from unsold items from stores, food banks, the European Fund for the Destitute, group purchases, etc. They will therefore vary from one week to the next, but the aim remains nevertheless to provide the food base necessary for one person, for the duration of one week.

Medical-psychological unit

The Cellule Médico-Psychologique (CMP) offers psychological consultations. It offers a range of services to ensure that every student has the best possible study experience: stress management support, awareness-raising and discussion workshops on mental health-related topics, and a discussion on the importance of risk reduction in festive environments. It also provides support for students with special needs or disabilities. All services are free of charge.
