The forest estate represents 82% (295 ha) of Haugimont's total surface area. It is managed according to "Pro Silva" ecological forestry principles.

The Domaine d'Haugimont boasts 56.5 hectares of meadows, including 11 hectares of high-stem orchards of old varieties of cultivated apple trees managed organically.

The Domaine d'Haugimont is crossed by the Samson and several streams. It also boasts 2.5 hectares of ponds and marshes that contribute to the development of biodiversity and aquatic ecosystems.

The University has three university residences. One is for boys only (RUE), another is for girls (RUEE), and the third is mixed (Le Carmel). Students staying at the RUE or RUEE benefit from supervision by educators.
