An important part of UNamur's activities with countries in the South is part of the vision of the Direction-Générale Coopération au Développement et Aide Humanitaire (DGD) and the program of the Commission de la Coopération au Développement de l'Académie de recherche et d'enseignement supérieur de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles (ARES-CCD). This academic cooperation program aims to respond to local and global development challenges and contribute to the stakes of Agenda 2030.

Hazardous waste Request for containers/labels for laboratory wasteThis form enables you to order containers online for the disposal of liquid and solid hazardous waste of 3 types: biological, chemical and radioactive. UNamur collaborates with partner universities around the world, thanks to institutional and faculty agreements.

ARES-CCI Some twenty training courses have been selected as part of the 2022-2027 program to offer nationals of the 29 ARES-CCD "scholarship countries" the chance to take a bachelor's or specialist master's degree, or further training, at an institution in the Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles. These courses give scholarship-holders the opportunity to deepen their skills in a development-related field. UNamur is heavily involved in these training courses. It coordinates the "Specialized Master in International and Development Economics".
