Mission Possible: developing my teaching skills" course (FINT0046) Registrations open for the 24-25 academic year!Training program offered over an entire academic year, Mission possible: develop my pedagogical skills as an assistant/teacher, aimed at assistants or teachers who have been in post for a short time and/or wish to deepen certain pedagogical skills.This training path runs throughout the 2024-2025 academic year.Learner profile: Any teacher wishing to develop his/her pedagogical skillsNewly hired assistantsAssistants wishing to develop their students' motivation during TP/TD sessionsFor UNamur staff: Participation in and completion of activities* related to the set of 8 modules of 3h training grants you 4 credits of doctoral training. *Each module requires preparation on the 'TiceFormations' platform as well as a follow-up assignment to validate the final 4 credits.Each module can be followed up individually(without obtaining credits in this case)NEW MODULE: "How can I make the link between the sustainable development goals and my teaching practices?" The Theoretical Chemistry Laboratory (LCT) develops expertise in theoretical and quantum chemistry.Research is focused on the development and application of methods for evaluating and interpreting the properties responsible for optical and electrical phenomena in molecules, supramolecular assemblies, polymers and molecular crystals. A majority of these studies are integrated into multidisciplinary research projects aimed at designing new materials with outstanding properties..

Organometallic Reactivity and Catalysis Laboratory (RCO)

The RCO (Reactivity and Organometallic Catalysis) research team is located in the Chemistry Department of the University of Namur. Researchers are housed in two recently equipped synthesis laboratories and a physical measurement and spectroscopy laboratory. Offices and a meeting room are located next to the laboratories, in an area dedicated to team members and students.

Applied Materials Chemistry Laboratory (CMA)

The Applied Materials Chemistry (AMC) laboratory headed by Prof. Carmela Aprile specializes in materials synthesis and their catalytic applications, with a particular focus on sustainable processes. One of the group's strengths is also represented by advanced characterization techniques, in particular solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance, which is developed in close collaboration with Dr. Luca Fusaro.
