Learning outcomes

Whether you are a physicist or a chemist, you will conduct research and manage projects. By the end of the year, students will be able to explain and apply the steps necessary to manage a research project from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of expected results, establishing practical applications, and creating value while guaranteeing market acceptance and appeal through an innovative marketing and business strategy. With support from the Research Administration department for intellectual property management, students will be able to discuss various options for commercializing their research, including technology transfer to an existing company or the creation of a spin-off company, utilizing different development and pre-incubation programs.

Goals

This training program aims to enhance the skills of researchers in physics and chemistry by introducing them to cross-functional competencies, including project management, innovation process management, marketing and sales strategy analysis, technology transfer, the creation of new businesses or business units, and intellectual property management, as well as how to apply these skills for the benefit of our socio-economic environment.
