Since November 2019, in his capacity as the university's CIO, he has been working on a strategic plan to redeploy information systems within the university. Stéphane Faulkner has also been the line manager of the Communication Administration (AdCom) since March 2024.

Health and well-being
The Service Vie de la Communauté Universitaire (VéCU) at the University of Namur covers a variety of areas, including financial, psychological and medical support.The Cellule sociale offers financial aid and accompaniment to promote students' study conditions.The Cellule Médico-Psychologique (CMP) offerspsychological or medical consultations,study/professional guidance consultationsa specific support for students with special needs/disabilities (EBS-ESH).In collaboration with other university services, VéCU also contributes to the fight against harassment with the PHARE scheme and supports harm reduction initiatives in festive environments.

General Meeting of Students (AGE)
The Assemblée Générale des Étudiants de l'Université de Namur (AGE) coordinates student representation and activities on campus. It supports, informs and represents students, and offers them numerous services as well as extra-academic activities. Among these, the AGE notably oversees the biggest events, such as the Bal des Bleus, Saint-Nicolas or the Fête de l'Université and the Bal des Busés.
