Learning outcomes

In addition to disciplinary knowledge specific to management, the course works on the skills of analysis and diagnosis of managerial issues.

Goals

This course aims to introduce students to the foundations of management, its main functions and its key concepts.

The objective is to get the student to think about the company, its objectives, stakeholders, perspectives and challenges.

The objective is also to enable them to acquire skills in analyzing and diagnosing managerial issues.

Finally, the course aims to enable students to apply, critically, the concepts and tools seen in the course.
