Bibliographical sketch:

Lina LIANG received her Master degree in Medicinal Chemistry from Guizhou University (Guizhou, China). During that time, she studied the biomimetic synthesis of indolo[3,2-a]carbazoles and the total synthesis of rutaecarpine and its analogs.

In 2015, she obtained the CSC scholarship to start his doctoral study in Bioorganic Chemistry at “University of Namur”. Her objective is to synthesize a series of carbohydrates to find novel anti-bacterial agents.
