Bibliographical sketch:

Andrei Diaconu received his Master degree in Inorganic chemistry from the ‘’Alexantru Ion Cuza” University (Iasi, Romania) in 2014. He then started to work as a chemist in Quality control laboratory for a pharmacological company in Iasi for one and a half years. During that time he used HPLC, UV, IR, titration and other protocols and technics to analize row materials, final products for their quality and also preparing the quality control documents. In November 2016 he started his PhD Scolarship as a jointsupervision between „Petru Poni” Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry from Iasi, Romania and University of Namur, Belgium. His scholarship aims to develop new materials with antibacterial, atibiofilm and drug delivery properties.
