About

Biography

Alexandre Mauroy received the M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering and the Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Liège, Belgium, in 2007 and 2011, respectively. Prior to joining UNamur, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California Santa Barbara from 2011 to 2013, at the University of Liège from 2013 to 2015, and at the University of Luxembourg in 2016. His research lies at the intersection of dynamical systems theory, control theory, and operator theory (Koopman operator). It aims at developing new theoretical approaches and numerical tools that are needed for the global analysis of nonlinear systems and networks.
