Participation in decision-making bodies

Participation in decision-bodies

"Employers and/or funders should recognise that it is entirely legitimate, and even desirable, for researchers to be represented in the appropriate information, consultation and decision-making bodies of the institutions for which they work, in order to protect and promote their individual and collective interests as professionals, and to contribute actively to the functioning of the institution". (extract from the Charter for European researchers)
