Marion Mathot is an administrative assistant, and a punctual scientific support, for the RCO team.

She obtained her license degree in Chemistry of living organisms in 2016 and her Master’s degree in Flavors and Perfumes engineering in 2018.

She implemented a new range of flavors for a worldwide distributor of chemicals, then she developed an innovative molecular food project (“The Vanilla Bubble”) for a French factory which transforms and resells vanilla, and then worked in the R&D department of a Belgian food company specialized in the “healthy snacking” for which she created many different types of “popped” crisps.

In 2023, she joined the RCO team to take the lead on a part of the administrative work and to reconnect with Chemistry
