They should carry out these tasks according to the highest professional standards.

As regards their role as thesis supervisor/internship supervisor or mentor of researchers, experienced researchers should build a constructive and positive relationship with researchers at the beginning of their career, in order to create the conditions for effective knowledge transfer and career development of researchers".
