"Researchers in the training phase should establish structured and regular relationships with their thesis/internship supervisors and faculty/departmental representatives in order to make the most of their relations with them.
This includes recording all progress made and research results obtained, receiving feedback through reports and seminars, using this feedback and working according to the agreed programmes, milestones set, deliverables and research results to be achieved".
