Now known as "chemists," specialists in the reactivity of matter continue to pursue the art of experimentation and discovery. The products of their essential knowledge are applied in the fields of nutrition, health, hygiene, transportation, sports, construction, and environmental protection.

Chemistry is omnipresent in everyday phenomena, which is what makes it so fascinating to me.

One of the very positive aspects of chemistry training at UNamur is the importance of practical work. They enable us to go deeper into the theory covered in class, making it easier to learn, and highlighting concrete cases. Many practical exercises are carried out in pairs, enabling students to help each other with more complex subjects or certain manipulations.
