Advisors are at your disposal to:

• Identify potential funders: our Funding Advisors guide you towards the most appropriate funder for the type of project you want to see funded.
• Establish consortia for certain projects sometimes requires the search for one or more partners (academic or industrial) that you may not have in your network.
• Budgeting and reviewing proposals, as each funder has its own eligibility and budgetary rules.
• Legal support for document preparation.
• Determine rights and protection of intellectual property.
• Coordinate the collection of administrative documents for filing your proposal.
• Establish promotion schemes or the preparation of a business plan or market studies.
• Assist administratively with the setting up of public contracts.
• Support the validation and signature process of agreements/contracts: any research agreement or contract must be validated by ADRE before signature by the authorities.

It is imperative to go through ADRE to have the various aspects of your project validated BEFORE submission. Contact the advisor responsible for the funder as soon as possible before the planned submission deadline.

Once your project has begun, the financial follow-up of your file will be ensured by the Cellule de gestion des conventions de recherche (CGCR).
