International and Erasmus Policy

Defined in four objectives

In an increasingly globalised world, it is important for higher education institutions to promote an international dimension in all their areas of expertise. In order to better respond to the multiple opportunities which are offered at the international level, the University of Namur defines its general policy of internationalisation and more specifically its Erasmus policy in four main objectives.

Attractiveness

The improvement of the international image of UNamur and the attractiveness of the university as a real place of welcome for international students and staff.

Student Mobility

Increasing student mobility: encouraging students to experience a visit abroad, and offering them real opportunities during their studies.

Researcher Mobility

Increasing the mobility of teaching and research staff through European and international mobility programmes.

Partnerships

Reinforcing our research reputation on a global level by widening our network of partnerships and by establishing, in a strategic manner, a series of mutually beneficial partnerships.
