Rights of a student in outward mobility
A student in outward mobility has the right to:
- obtain a learning agreement or traineeship contract detailing the expected academic activities during their mobility period as well as the credits to be obtained; this course/traineeship contract must be signed by the student, their host institution and UNamur before their departure;
- receive, at the end of their period of study, a transcript/traineeship report from their host institution detailing the results and credits they have obtained;
- obtain full recognition by UNamur of the satisfactorily completed activities during their period of mobility as stated in the course/traineeship contract.
Obligations of a student in outward mobility
A student in outward mobility is expected to:
- ensure that any modification to their course/traineeship contract is approved in writing by both UNamur and the host institution. These changes must be notified in an amendment which must be signed by the three parties;
- complete the entire length of stay in the host institution, and to take exams or any other form of evaluation and to respect the related regulations.
