Our era presents us with a multitude of challenges: the transition to a sustainable economy, digital transformation, the rise of artificial intelligence and its impact on employment, globalization... To address these challenges, the world needs leaders—people capable of guiding, innovating, and giving meaning to these changes. A degree in management equips you with all the skills you need to be one of them!

What is a manager?

Managers play a crucial role in the management of a company or organization. Drawing on their expertise, managers analyze problems, plan and determine the best strategies to follow, organize activities, and coordinate a company’s resources.

At UNamur, we train socially responsible managers—that is, proactive and informed decision-makers capable of addressing the complexity of the business environment and its many challenges, particularly those related to international operations, multiculturalism, new technologies, and sustainable development.
