Only for students from a country bordering Belgium (France, The Netherlands, GD of Luxembourg, Germany) for a one year stay maximum.
In that case, you remain domiciled in your home country and you won't be taxed in Belgium. It is very useful when you don't receive money from Belgium.
You can request this document to the City Hall. Required documents are:
- National identity card or passport;
- Housing rental agreement;
- Attestation of registration as student in UNamur;
- 3 identity pictures;
- 6 euros.
Take care to ensure that your mutual insurance company covers you for your stay in Belgium.
