Namur City Hall

How to make an appointment and other useful tips.

Long-term residents (more than 90 days) have to go several times to the City Hall:

  • Applying for the residence card
  • Finalising of the registration
  • Picking up of the residence card
  • Applying for the extension of the residence card
  • Notifying of a change of address
  • Changing of the status (single to married…)
  • Requesting for a non-criminal record

In Namur, there is a possibility to proceed online for some administrative stuffs but, for most often, you will have to go to the City Hall. In other cities, refer to the local websites.

As these pages are in French only, you maybe need to use a translator. https://www.deepl.com/translator is a good one.
