The software disclosure form

If you are developing a software, it requires an identify card, the Software Disclosure form!

The Software Disclosure Form is a form to fill when you are developing a software.

The purpose of this form is to describe the software, list its inventors and gather technical information about it in order to better consider its future transfer.

The intellectual protection attached to a software being the copyright, the form can also have the function of fixing your contribution at a given date.
