Doctoral registration
First registration for a PhD
Undertaking doctoral studies at UNamur requires, among other things, that you first find a sponsor and that you have sufficient funding to carry out your research. We therefore invite you, before starting the registration procedures, to refer to the doctoral regulations as well as to the information on research funding possibilities.
Once completed, your file, together with its attachments, must be sent to the Registration Office by e-mail as a single PDF file to doctorat.inscriptions@unamur.be. The deadline for registration for the 2023-2024 academic year is 31 March 2024. Applications received after this date will be processed for the following academic year.

Re-refistration for a doctorate
Students registered for a doctorate are invited to re-register by following the instructions sent by the Registration Service to their "@unamur.be" e-mail address at the end of June.
