The CDS makes science and research accessible to everyone through outreach activities designed to raise awareness of scientific and societal issues, such as lectures, workshops, and debates.

As part of the Communications Department, the CDS promotes and communicates research projects conducted at the university. It supports and trains researchers in communicating their research and plays a key role in disseminating scientific findings to the public.

Le Confluent des Savoirs provides its expertise in science communication to cultural and community organizations. It collaborates with other institutions and organizations to promote scientific literacy.
