When submitting your registration application, you must provide proof that you are resident in Belgium: a certificate of residence, dated no earlier than the date listed in the circular and to be requested via the National Register access application or from the commune. Once the form has been completed (available after publication of the circular), you will receive an email confirming that the application has been submitted.
