How is trilingual immersion training structured?
- Years 1 and 2 - UNamur: Bachelor of Law in French, with progressive reinforcement of languages.
- Year 3 - UHasselt : Courses in Dutch as part of the Erasmus Belgica programme.
- Years 4 and 5 - Master's degree at UHasselt and Erasmus abroad: In-depth legal studies and an international outlook via an Erasmus stay possible in Master 1 or 2.

When and how do I enroll in the trilingual legal immersion programme ?
Prerequisites
- Pass blocks 1 and 2 (120 credits) of the bachelor's degree.
- Have a good knowledge of Dutch.
- Show an ability to integrate in multicultural contexts.
- Demonstrate a marked motivation for a demanding trilingual course.
Registration procedure
- Registration in bachelor of law daytime schedule
- Registration for the "2 +2 +1" programme: the Block 1 students wishing to enroll in this programme are invited to complete by February of the current academic year (academic year T) a pre-registration form. This form is also open to rhetoricians who are considering enrolling at the UNamur Faculty of Law. Pre-registration closes on March 30 (year T).
- Evaluation interview: an initial interview in Dutch will then take place in late June or late August - early September of year T. Its purpose is to assess the aptitudes of the pre-registered student.
- Registration: The student's registration for the trilingual immersion programme will then be validated at the start of academic year T+1 provided the student has passed 60 credits. The student will then be invited to officially confirm their enrolment and make very minor changes to their Student Academic Progress (PAE) with the secretariat.
- Registration for the mobility programme: from December 15 of year T+1, the student will be able to register on the "mobility online" platform to take part in the Erasmus belgica programme and obtain a scholarship. He will then be able to take Block 3 courses at UHasselt.
- Master registration: the student will then register for Master 1 and 2 at Hasselt University. He/she will be able to opt for an Erasmus stay abroad in the first or second year.
