MSFE (Master's Degree in Teacher Education)
September 15
Orientation Session: 6:10 p.m. to 7:10 p.m., at the B&LC, MEUSE Room, 5 Rue Godefroid, 5000 Namur.
Anyone interested in the program—whether currently registering or already enrolled—is welcome to attend.
The MSFE is a 60-credit program offered on a staggered schedule, primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays (evenings) and all day on Saturdays.
This specialized master’s degree is specifically aimed at future (or current) faculty members at universities and higher education institutions for the arts who are responsible for course units related to didactics, pedagogy, and training through practice in master’s programs in education (Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, who must obtain this degree within six years of their first appointment to a position for which this master’s degree is required.
It will also be of interest, as part of their professional development, to all teacher educators in continuing education, whether they work within inter-network continuing education organizations or networks, or as independent professionals.

CAPAES
September 15
Orientation Session: 7:10 p.m. to 10:10 p.m., at the B&LC, SAMBRE Room, 5 Rue Godefroid, 5000 Namur.
The CAPAES program is held on a staggered schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays (in the evening).
The CAPAES program is intended exclusively for teachers currently employed at a teacher training college or in adult education who need to obtain a teaching credential appropriate for higher education.

MAPEMASS (Master’s Degree in Professional Support)
Information Session
On Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., an information session will be held to present the program, its objectives, and its structure.
You can attend either in person at the FaSEF offices, located at 14 Place Saint-Aubain in Namur, or remotely via this link: click here to join the meeting.
Orientation Session
The orientation session will be held on Thursday, September 10, from 6:10 p.m. to 9:10 p.m. in Room L33 (3rd floor of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters building, 1 rue Joseph Grafé, 5000 – Namur).
Students who are currently enrolling or are already enrolled are welcome to attend.
Please note that the Registration Office will be available from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the same room to assist (prospective) MAPEMASS students who may encounter difficulties with the registration process.

It offers a unique training program and aims to provide trainers, team leaders, counselors, HR managers, and others with the skills to support their teams and the professionals within them.

Preparatory courses allow you to get a taste of university-level education by reviewing the subjects essential to your future program of study.
Designed exclusively for students graduating in 2026, these preparatory courses—scheduled between mid-August and early September—are tailored to each university program.
To make the most of your first semester at the university, be sure to attend the orientation days!
The orientation days will take place on September 10 and 11, 2026.
On the agenda: a tour of the campus and the city, a student housing fair (KàPs), themed workshops (student rights, digital tools, budgeting, student engagement, sports, and more), a barbecue, and a super-enthusiastic team ready to help you discover life on campus!
- Thursday, September 10: 7:30 a.m. – Student check-in; 8:30 a.m.–12:40 p.m. - Workshops for students; 12:40 p.m. – Lunch – Barbecue available by registration (€3.60 per sausage sandwich / falafel sandwich) and a bar run by the AGE; 2:00–6:00 p.m. - Project-based student housing fair; 8:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m. – Bunker reserved for first-year students
- Friday, the 11th: 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. - Workshops for students; 12:30 p.m. - Lunch; 2:00 p.m. - Depending on the faculty: organized by the faculty or open to all.
