University residences

This accommodation is reserved for male students only. It is located in the center of the campus at the following address: Rue de Bruxelles, 61 – 5000 Namur. 

Students benefit from the support of two educators who ensure harmony between tenants and organize activities (non-compulsory). The educators are also available to listen to students and provide friendly support throughout their university studies. 

Facilities 

The RUE has 122 furnished rooms with wired internet connection. This residence has several common areas such as: bathrooms, 4 equipped kitchens spread over 3 floors, a relaxation room, and a snooker/foosball room. 

Rent and rental conditions  

The rent for a room at the RUE is €345, including all charges. A rental guarantee of €380 is required to receive the keys.  

The rental contract is for a period of 10 months (from September to June). 

This accommodation is reserved for female students only. It is located close to the campus, a 10-minute walk away, at the following address: rue Henri Blès, 33 bis – 5000 Namur. 

Students living in the residence benefit from the presence of an educator who is responsible for ensuring harmony between tenants and organizing activities (non-compulsory). The educator is there to listen to the students and provide them with friendly support during their time at university. 

Facilities 

The RUEE has 162 furnished rooms with wired internet connection. This residence has several common areas such as: equipped kitchens, bathrooms, a TV room, a lounge, a garden, and bicycle and car parking. 

Rent and rental conditions  

The rent for a room at the RUEE is €360, including all charges. A rental deposit of €380 is required to receive the keys.  

The rental contract is for a period of 10 months (from September to June).

This accommodation was formerly a Carmelite convent, and its architecture has retained its charm. Le Carmel welcomes a mixed clientele. It is located 3.5 km from the campus in a green and peaceful area. 

There is a bus stop 50 m from the accommodation with buses running every 15 minutes. In addition, the Jambes train station is 500 m away. 

The address of the Carmel is: Rue de l'Aurore, 92 – 5100 Jambes.

Le Carmel has 31 furnished rooms with wired internet connection. This residence has several common areas such as: equipped kitchens, bathrooms, a games room with table tennis, billiards, and foosball, a large garden and orchard, and bicycle and car parking. 

Rent and rental conditions 

The rent for a room at Le Carmel varies between €360 and €370, including all charges. A rental deposit of €380 is required to receive the keys.  

The rental contract is for a period of 10 months (from September to June). On request, it is possible to stay on campus during July and August.
