  • Organisation and innovation: innovation theories and strategies in ICT, change organisation and management, negotiation and conflict analysis;
  • Business analysis: requirements engineering, organisational and business modelling: languages and methods, project management and risk management;
  • IT governance: IT strategies and quality of services, business intelligence, ICT law;
  • Business model design and innovation: seminar and dissertation.





On the basis of application: masters with at least 300 credits, ideally with three years of professional experience involving work as a business analyst.
