The symposium will take place from 31 Jan to 1 Feb 2019 at the University of Namur, Pedro Arrupe auditorium.  See the VENUE section for more information.

Poster abstract submission

Posters will be on display

  • lunchtime and during the cheese & beer party on 31 Jan.
  • lunchtime on 1 Feb.
You will be given all the necessary display material on site.

First download the template to submit your abstract for the poster session.

Deadline for sending abstracts: 10 January 2019.

Registration details

Registration is possible for 1 or 2 days according to the following fees:

Full registration:  2 days, all activities (gala dinner excluded): 60€ / students*: 30€
Incomplete registration:
  • Day 1: 30€ (including coffee breaks, lunch and cheese & beer party) / students*: 15€
  • Day 2: 40€ (including coffee breaks, lunch, tribute & cocktail) / students*: 20€
  • Tribute & cocktail only: 25€
Gala dinner: 50€.
*Students : Bachelor & Master degree or PhD students
