The Free Time Club

The "Free Time Club" is an out-of-school hospitality service, created in 1977. The service is approved and subsidized by the ONE (Office for Birth and Childhood).

During the school year, the service offers extra-curricular care after the school day and on Wednesday afternoons to children aged 2.5 and 10 years old. Games, books, drawing materials, crafts, bicycles and scooters, etc. are available to pleasantly occupy children while they are present, as part of activities that are sometimes free, sometimes structured.

After school and on Wednesday afternoons, children appreciate being able to play freely, however structured activities are offered to children at their request or at the initiative of the caregivers. They are never obligatory.

During school holidays, the free time club is a holiday center which offers a varied programme of activities for children. Each week is organized on the basis of a theme that brings together a variety of activities: cocooning, sport, creation, dynamics and culture.

Its premises are located at 4 rue Grafé (in the basement), in a UNamur building.
