UNamur IP regulations
The Intellectual Property Regulations apply to all UNamur staff members, regardless of their contract or status. They describe the rules to be respected for the protection and the valorization of research results.
The Regulations detail the obligations of UNamur staff members when results are generated. They stipulate that the results of UNamur staff belong to UNamur.
They require that the ADRE and the project leader are notified of any generation of valuable results. The ADRE will take care of the possible protection of these results.
Finally, the Regulation determines the rules relating to the allocation of income from the valuation of results.
