Variations in the chronology of CVs
"Career breaks or variations in the chronological order of CVs should not be penalised but should be seen as career development, and thus as a potentially valuable contribution to the professional development of researchers towards a multidimensional career path. Candidates should therefore be allowed to submit evidence-based curricula vitae, reflecting a representative set of achievements and qualifications appropriate to the post applied for.".
