Recognition of qualifications
"Employers and/or funders should provide for the appropriate assessment of the academic and professional qualifications of all researchers, including non-formal qualifications, in particular in the context of international and professional mobility. They should inform themselves and acquire a full understanding of the rules, procedures and standards governing the recognition of such qualifications and, therefore, explore existing domestic law, conventions and specific rules relating to the recognition of such qualifications through all available channels".
