QualitY OF ADMINISTRATIVE Services
The Quality approach at UNamur also consists in a continuous improvement of its administrative services through self-assessments and a better coordination.
This self-assessment approach was first conducted under the Quality Vice-Rector between 2013 and 2017. The conclusions of the evaluation report led to an action plan that was internally managed by different services.
At the moment, this approach is on hold, waiting for a reinforcement of the Quality department in order to efficiently support the methodology.
THE objectiVES OF THE SELF-ASSESSMENT OF INSTITUTIONAL SERVICES
- Allow the different services and their staff to reflect on their current functioning, on the quality of the provided services to the community and on the possible improvements for the service.
- Receive advice and propositions from the community, but also from extern auditors, regarding the organization and functioning of the services.

Write an action plan for the next 5 years with suggested improvements on which the department can act and for which, finally, draft decisions could be presented to the Board.
