Historical background
The Quality Approach, which has been initiated at UNamur several years ago, has progressively set up in the different spheres of the university through a range of different initiatives of continuous improvement, as showed on the scheme below.
Hereunder, you'll find a list of other aspects, sometimes less evident, but not less remarkable in the field of quality and teaching quality led by the department :
- supporting the continuous improvement of processes used in general services
- working on reviving the master programs
- internationalizing programs: from mobility to added-value partnerships
- providing training in "quality" for the Institution' staff to learn how to better apprehend a situation, understand a problem and find the best possible solution
- conducting surveys and making statistics with a quality approach.
