Conference - Fees

Registrations for the 8th ATMC (Advances in Tourism Marketing Conferences) must exclusively be carried out through the online registration system (available from May 22, 2019).

All participants must register for the conference and must provide the required pieces of information to complete the registration (e.g., participation to the social events, PhD student status, number of accompanying persons).

Registration fees

Early bird registrations are due before July 15, 2019. The regular fees will automatically be charged if the payment is done after the early bird period.

The registration fee includes:

Welcome reception (on Wednesday), Social event (on Thurdsay), Gala dinner (on Friday), Lunches and Coffee-breaks during the conference, Admission to all scientific sessions, Certificate of attendance and Conference documentation.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

Welcome reception (on Wednesday), Social event (on Thurdsay) and Gala dinner (on Friday).

To benefit from the preferential fee, PhD students must provide an official document clearly stating they are enrolled in a doctoral program.

Upon receipt of your registration form and payment or credit card data, the organizing committee will formally confirm your registration by email.

Registration cancellation policy

Cancellations will be refundable until August 15, 2019. 80% of the total fees will be refunded. Beyond the later deadline, there will be no refund.

If the delegate is unable to attend the Conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. The cancelled delegate must however complete a registration form providing various data regarding the substitute delegate, such as first and last-name, main affiliation, address, … Substitution requests are allowed until 25 August 2019.
