The priority of the Faculty of Law is to ensure a smooth transition from secondary education to university education by providing personalized guidance leading to autonomy. Students are made familiar with practical work, trained to draft papers and  debate in groups, e.g. through moot courts exercises.  The Bachelor curriculum covers not only basic legal topics in public or private law but also education in complementary human sciences (e. g. sociology, economics, philosophy). Concerning optional courses, the Faculty of Law offers law students the possibility to choose one of five closely related disciplines: criminology, economics and management, modern languages, philosophy, political and administrative sciences. It also transmits to its students its expertise in the field of communication and information technology law, for which it has an international reputation.
