The undersigned licensee undertake to the Licensor that he shall be bound 
by the following terms and conditions:- 

1.The publication of research using the Match-Box Server should refer to:

  - Depiereux, E., Baudoux, G., Briffeuil, P., Reginster, I.,De Bolle, X., 
    Vinals, C., Feytmans, E. (1997) Match-Box_server: a multiple sequence 
    alignment tool placing emphasis on reliability. Comput. Appl. Biosci. 
    13(3) 249-256. 

2.The undersigned licensee certifies that the Match-Box Server will be used 
  exclusively for academic research or teaching. The Software will not be 
  used for any commercial research or research associatated with any 
  industrial company or other profit-making organisation.

3.Results produced by the Match-Box Server are supplied "as is". No warranty 
  as to its fitness or suitability for any purpose whatsoever is made or 
  implied. In no event will the author be held responsible for any direct or 
  indirect damages arising through the use of the software.

4.The undersigned licensee accepts that its access may be limited by the 
  Licensor in frequency, CPU time, input data size or accessibility of any 
  option.
 
5.This agreement and the license it contains may be terminated by the 
  Licensor for any reason.
